2. What you type

Category, country, priority date, field office, birth dates, receipt dates and travel dates are processed only by your browser. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else, nothing is stored, and nothing is written into the page address. The “copy result” button puts the text on your own clipboard; the calendar reminder is a file created on your device.

3. What the host sees

When a page loads, GitHub (the host) processes technical data needed to deliver it: IP address, time, page requested, browser and referring page. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, as the publisher is in France).

4. Measurement

No cookies are set. If anonymous error measurement (Microsoft Clarity, cookieless mode) is switched on, it records loading errors, load times and dead clicks with every form field masked, and gives each visit a new identifier. Provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, Dublin, Ireland.

5. Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion or objection by writing to contact@greencardwaits.com; we answer within a month. You may also complain to the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL) (https://www.cnil.fr).
