A number looks wrong

Tell us the page, the category and country, and the official figure you see. Please do not send receipt numbers, A-numbers, names or copies of notices: we do not need them. If the mistake is ours, we fix the data, add the case to the automated tests and note the correction.

What we cannot do

We cannot look up your case, contact USCIS for you, expedite anything or tell you whether to file. For help with a case, use the USCIS Contact Center, a licensed immigration attorney or a DOJ-accredited representative.
