About Green Card Waits
Radif Partners
Publisher of Visa Bulletin data, green card wait forecasts, USCIS processing times and 2026 filing fees
Green Card Waits is published by Radif Partners. It starts from the question that the Visa Bulletin never answers directly: given my category, my country and the date on my I-797, how long until I can actually get the card, and what will it cost? The bulletin gives one cutoff a month. USCIS publishes processing times on another site, and fees in a 60-page schedule. Nobody puts the three side by side for one person.
Why this site does better than the first search result
It turns your own priority date into a forecast range with its past error published, adds the USCIS time at your office and the 2026 fees, and covers family categories by country that the other trackers leave out. Mexico and the Philippines have their own family pages here, built from every bulletin since December 2001.
How the numbers are checked
The archive of 294 bulletins is read by a program that is tested on real bulletins from 2002, 2015 and 2026; if one cell is missing, nothing is published. Every forecast method was graded month by month from October 2012 to October 2025 using only what was known at the time. Where it failed, the calculator says so instead of printing a date. The method page shows the full table, good cells and bad ones.
What we are not
We are not a law firm, not an accredited representative and not a government site. We have no relationship with USCIS, the Department of State, the National Visa Center or any consulate. We do not review cases, sell leads to lawyers or recommend anyone. For advice on your own case, the Department of Justice keeps a list of accredited organizations, and a licensed immigration attorney can help. USCIS publishes a guide to avoiding immigration scams that explains how to check whether someone is allowed to help.
Funding and your data
The calculators are free and need no account. Your priority date, birth dates and travel dates are processed in your browser and never sent anywhere. If the site carries advertising, it will never sit between a field and its result, and there will never be more than three spaces on a page.
Also in Spanish
Forty pages, centered on family petitions from Mexico and Central America, have a Spanish version written for Spanish speakers living in the United States.
